2. Products; Refunds; Subscriptions; Shipping

(a) Products

Sales are limited to customers 21+. We may limit quantities, suspend products, or change descriptions, prices, or packaging at any time. Offers are void where prohibited. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or availability issues and may correct or cancel orders—even after submission—without notice.

(b) Refunds

To request a return, email sales@stingercan.com within 24 hours of delivery. Returns must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with seals intact. We do not accept opened or used items. Unless due to our error, you are responsible for return shipping. We may request photos to verify condition before authorizing a return. On approved returns received in eligible condition, we’ll process a refund or exchange (less shipping) within 24 hours. If we ship the wrong item, we’ll either cover return shipping or send a corrected replacement, at our discretion. We are not responsible for carrier damage or delays (USPS/UPS/FedEx), but we will reasonably assist with lost‑in‑transit investigations.

(c) Subscriptions

For recurring shipments, you authorize us to securely store payment details and charge the selected method before each shipment (unless prepaid). Some subscriptions auto‑renew. Manage or cancel via links in our confirmation emails.

(d) Shipping & Restrictions

We ship only within the United States. Purchasers must be 21+. The FDA has not approved Mitragyna speciosa as a dietary supplement. We do not ship kratom products to: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin; and the following cities/counties: San Diego, CA; Oceanside, CA; Denver, CO; Sarasota County, FL; Jerseyville, IL; Union County, MS. International shipping is not available. If you transport products outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for legal compliance. Bussin Bev Co LLC (BBC LLC) is not liable for foreign regulatory issues.

4. Purchases & Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, American Express, and JCB. Provide current, complete billing details and update them as needed. Sales tax applies where required. All prices are in USD and subject to change. You authorize charges for orders placed; we may correct pricing errors even after payment. We may limit or refuse orders believed to be placed by resellers/distributors.

15. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Governing Law

If you are dissatisfied with the Services or products, your sole remedy (subject to our refund policy) is to stop using them. You and Bussin Bev Co LLC (BBC LLC) agree to resolve disputes by binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. No class actions or class arbitrations. The arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida (unless both sides agree otherwise). Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You and Bussin Bev Co LLC (BBC LLC) waive jury trial. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first acceptance by emailing your request to sales@stingercan.com.

16. Age Restrictions

The Services and products are for adults 21+. By using the Services or purchasing products, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

17. International Use

We make no representation that the Services or products are appropriate or lawful outside the U.S. Access from other locations is at your own risk; you’re responsible for local compliance. We may restrict access or shipping by territory.

20. Wholesale Terms

Confidentiality

In exploring a wholesale relationship, the parties may exchange Confidential Information. Each party retains ownership of its Confidential Information and the receiving party will protect it and use it only to evaluate the relationship. Improvements/developments arising from the Confidential Information remain the disclosing party’s property. Reasonable steps requested to perfect such rights will be taken.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP)

To maintain brand integrity, Bussin Bev Co LLC (BBC LLC) enforces MAP across catalogs, direct mail, websites, in‑store displays, and all advertising (including social). Advertised prices may not be lower than our MSRP, including via coupons, rebates, or percentage discounts that reduce net advertised price below MAP. Non‑compliant merchants have 3 days after notice to correct pricing. Continued non‑compliance may result in suspension of supply.

Keg Rental (if applicable)

Rented kegs/equipment must be returned by the stated return date and in the condition received. Late, lost, or damaged items may incur repair/replacement or late fees, up to the full replacement value. Replacement cost per keg is $50. A valid credit card may be required in lieu of a deposit. Coordinate returns with staff so return records can be updated. By renting, purchaser acknowledges this policy.
