Eligibility

• Contact us at sales@stingercan.com within 24 hours of delivery.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
• Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

Process

1. Email your order number, item(s), and reason for return to sales@stingercan.com. We may request photos for verification.
2. Upon approval, we will provide return instructions or a label (in cases of our error).
3. After inspection of eligible returns, we will issue a refund or exchange within 24 hours. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours. At our discretion, we will cover return shipping or send a corrected replacement.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We are not responsible for damage or delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We will reasonably assist with lost‑in‑transit claims.

Age Verification

Orders that fail or refuse age verification will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method; shipping and payment processing fees may be non‑refundable once incurred.
